November has been a busy month for me, and this week is even crazier! I'll be making all sorts of appearances on radio and TV shows, and I'm really excited about being featured in the newest edition of Oxygen magazine.

The feature is all about my 45-minute, all-inclusive workout, and it's what I constantly do when I'm on the road. I'm preparing for the Royal Rumble (January 30, 2005) by keeping my training pretty much the same and following this routine.
